REVIEW: What a superb book/cd this is! If you have ever thought about meditation give this a go, you will not be disappointed.
Each meditation is easy to follow starting at 20 mins and progressing. This may seem a long time to be sat still but, the time flies by!
Personally I have found that I am far less stressed, sleeping better, and I have a better view on life, and i've only had the book a few weeks!
