Tai Chi                     

Tai Chi, as practised in the West, can be thought of as a moving form of yoga and meditation combined (both excellent stress busters!).  Movements are slow, soft and graceful with smooth transitions between them.  Do it as the sun rises for an amazing experience!  

             

        REVIEW:  This is a simple introduction to Tai Chi, aimed at the pure beginner.  It provides a step by step routine which can easily be performed at home.  There are plenty of clear illustrations and the text is also very straightforward.  There is a 40 minute accompanying DVDOverall, this is a good value introduction at £5.14, presenting a simplified but accurate form of Tai Chi.
